Description: Dream sits over his sand clock-like hammer and starts to meditate until he falls asleep, this causes the wind properties of his armor to be increased and the control over them too, then the sand comes out of the clock and forms a barrier around Dream, the speed of the spinning sand causes a condensation of the elemental power of the sand, this is used to perform elemental waves in a large range (25 meters/75 feet).

Effects: The elemental waves causes hallucinations, this lasts 5 posts and the hallucinations change depending on the characters personality those can go from horrible nightmares that will break your mind to transcendental revelations that could improve your life, also does medium damage and also causes a positive flow, this is an electromagnetic wave that dissipates elemental power and relaxes it's victims giving them spiritual peace.

If you can explain HOW the sand starts and continues to spin then it's alright... You might want to add that he uses the wind properties or the Kushala Daoura scales in his equipment.
