| Names: Nell Alliance: Guild Appearance: (Although a bit younger looking than this) Biographies: A teenager living in the outskirts of Yukumo Village, her father is stuck being a 'Chairborne Hunter' and her mother died of disease. She is a military enthusiast, staring outside to see Guild Officers march every now and then. She enjoys Bowguns because 'It fits her style' and dreams of owning one of both categories(Light and Heavy). She enjoys stories by her father about hunters with the combat equivalent of 30 men. Her favorite one is about the crazy hunter who killed a Khezu using only a Bone Kukri, no armor and only living off the herbs in the area.* One day she sees in the Blacksmith Shop an equipment set from a monster that strongly appealed to her: Hapurubokka. Upon turning 12, she persuades her father to accompany her to the Sandy Plains for hunting this leviathan. Coincidentally, he was reassigned to hunt in the desert. They sought after the small ones, carefully avoiding detection, three times consecutively until one day when her father is carving up the corpse, a massive one ambushes them from underneath. She was lucky enough to jump out of the way in time as the gaping mouth misses her leg by inches. Her father didn't make it as he was too busy carving up the small carcass. She thought she wasn't going to make it but luckily a group of gunners came to her aid. Upon questioning by the Guild, she lied and claimed that bandits kidnapped them and left them for dead in the desert after being robbed. Nowadays she continues to live in Yukumo as a (novice) hunter. Other hunters look at her as if she's an immature girl but that's just to hide the fact she's underage(She's only 15). She also has a younger sibling named Eiko. Nell claims to be the instructor of this trainee hiding the fact she wants to be a hunter too......and she's only 12. Kill Tally: (All the Hapuru were hunted by her father) Weapons: - Spoiler:
46th Division Minigun Custom(Image) -A Hapurubokka heavy bowgun given to her by a generous gunner on her 13th birthday. Made from the carves off the leviathan that nearly killed her, this acts as her remembrance to her father. She had it custom ordered with the shield and zoom scope along with a more durable frame suited for melee attacks. The only setback for this enhancement is that the weapon is strictly limited to firing only Normal, Pierce, Pellet, Craig and Clust Shots, nothing else. A keepsake and vows to cherish it at all times. Valkrie Fire(Image) -A Rathian Light Bowgun on her wishlist, it's that she isn't ready to take on one that hinders her to obtain this. Capable of rapid-firing Pellet Shots, she deems this as an ideal weapon for assault especially with the silencer to reduce recoil. 51st Division Clubs(Image) -Dual Swords...err...Clubs, she had crafted from the remaining scraps when her bowgun was made. Attached to its handles are lengths of string in case she throws them like her custom 'Stick Grenades'.
In exchange for all of this her carving knife is reduced to nothing short of a utility dagger.(link)Style: She fights as if she was on the trenches**, if opportunity comes she will bash with the stock of her bowgun but only done if she has more ammo to follow up. If not then she will drop it and draw her clubs for some wild close-combat action. But if she gets the first strike she drops down and acts like a Hapurubokka***, crawling slowly and holding her breath if she has to, then leaps at her 'prey', ravaging it with her clubs or simply she snipes her target Mostly done in forests. Special Modes: - Spoiler:
Name: Ghillie Nest Mode
Requirements: Sufficient supply of nearby materials for camouflage, limited to the same area. Can only be done before encounters and requires a variable length of time(one large post at the fastest, averagely two).
Description: Gathering nearby materials, she sets up a 'Bunker Nest' that hides her to the surroundings. She is in prone and given a very small degree of freedom(50 Degrees) but that is worth enough considering that after a clip or two, she MUST exit and charge as she will be spotted anyway. Lasts longer if she uses her LBG(if she has one). Materials depend on the area type.
Effects: User becomes completely hidden except for the very tip of the bowgun. The user is also immobilized to retain stealth and only the muzzle flash will give the position away if the hunters'/monsters' eyes are sharp enough.
Charge Attacks: Felyne Comrade- Spoiler:
Name: Recon-9 Size: Standard for a Felyne. Lineage: Felyne, Deep Blue Description/Image:Element: None Status Inflicted: Poison, Sleep and Felvine'd. Done via Felyne 'Canister Bombs'. Weakness: Fire and Lightning, other elements he is 'mercilessly accustomed' to. Attacks/Tactics: His main weapon is the Hapuru Gunhammer(Whut) he uses to bash enemies with. It is unverified whether this is capable of projectiles or just a gun-like toy which is a Felyne hammer. His other attacks are from his 'Utilities' which include tripwire/rope-based traps, grappling hooks and Felyne Mines. His main fighting style consists of stealth, tactical advancements and other 'Commando' stuff inspired from his owner, often courageously rushing in or stalking in the shadows alongside him in these 'missions'. Drops List:-Canister Bombs -Ivy -Rope -Hapurubokka Scraps -Ration -Dignity and HonorOther: Did you know he calls Nell 'Commander'(flatteringly)? A Courageous Felyne with a knack for off-the-wall combat and improvised weaponry. Roleplay Sample:- Spoiler:
"Eiko, there's something on your face." Nell informed. She looks as if she is staring at something on her. But then she follows up with a weak punch to her cheeks. She laughs and jokes "IT WAS PAIN!!" while Eiko feels a little bit insulted -------------------------------------------------- In the murky swamps of the flooded forest, Nell is monkey-crawling on the waters, her eyes and nose just above the surface. Slowly navigating then her eyes locks on to a Zuwaroposu. It is facing away, allowing her to come near, readying her clubs. She gazes at her prey as it turns around. And then...
"GOTCHA!!!!"
She leaps at the Zuwaro and clings on its back, desperately bashing at it with her clubs. Eventually the struggle pays off as it begins to die by a painful beating to the head. It tumbles down into the water as Nell stands up, soaking wet yet feeling triumphant. "And another one falls at the hands of the Operative!!" she exclaims. Eiko is just watching there by the log, holding in her hands a Bnahabra. "Wow, sister really enjoys these 'survival kills', doesn't she?" as the insect buzzes softly in her hand.
OOC: - Spoiler:
*About that, yes that happened. My classmate/best friend told me about some MH addict in his 1st Yr High School(before becoming a transferee), and he DID kill a Khezu using a weak SnS set, no armor and doing it Bear Grylls style. **Like a German Badass....only she isn't. ***Despite what it did, it is still her favorite monster. Embarrassingly, she is adapted to eating light and running off for extended periods of time.
In terms of my game character, this is the closest I can bring.

| Describe Valkrie Fire so I know what the hell you're talkin bout LoL.
You'll have to make another thread for that separate character. But their stories can coincide.
As for the Feyline yes you may have one. You may make a spoiler and add the info under your character. However you have to use the monster template in the monster section. Techniquely though docile and even tamed Feylines are still monsters.
And remember for its carves only put things that wouldn't obviously be there. We all know monsters have skin or scales ETC no need to add those. And don't put any drop percentages on it either.

| My bad....let me fix it.
It's a Rathian LBG which spams Pellet Shots, nothing else.
It's been a while so I'm kinda rusty.
Thanks anyway, had me waiting for a few days.
EDIT: Yes that is a cropped screenshot straight from my PSP.

| Just so you know. It's a Rathian bowgun but since you just started out you might want to add that it has the same stats as a beginner bowgun. Or you could get creative with it's stats so long as it's balanced and appropriate for a beginner.
Example: My character Hihi has an armor that protects her like you couldn't imagine. But she can't user her arms or weapons so at best she can tackle you.
Besides that are you gonna add the Feyline?

Though I won't be back until the next day since I have an overnight family outing.
I'll see if I can post the custom items.

| I'm pretty okay with this.
O a side not if you wanna give the Felvine a genuine gun I'm okay with that to. But it'll have stats equal to an average Feyline Attack.
