I feel that the Monster Applications are being treated lightly. As such I will be taking control of them, I'll be fixing spelling and grammar problems, looking over any conditions that may be induced, and approving applications since it was my idea in the first place.

It was my bad. I failed to mention the termonology needed to make an efficent MH monster. I cannot edit them with a psp so go ahead.
