The Desert area, a dry and rather hot place to have a mission. But every so often someone needs something killed. Unfortunately they put the wrong person out to the base camp for that job. A young blademaster sat next to the supply box. Her aqua hair shone in the bright light of the sun. Steel Armor covered her body while a large sheathed Assault Axe named Ronnie lay beside her.

Elki didn't like to wait at all. She was informed that a Cephadrome was lurking out here. But nothing has appeared yet. Though it didn't help the fact that she had not even left the base camp yet. That was forgiven in her mind, however, as she was waiting for others to come. Her father always told her that no matter how easy the quest may seem, always bring a partner or two. Elki never thought of asking anyone to help her. A "drome" of any kind should be an easy kill. Thankfully her training taught her to be patient which was the one this she disliked most of all.

"People are slow.. They should have been here long ago to get some precious 'drome' carves."

Kicking the dirt in front of her Elki decided to sharpen Ronnie's blade as she pulled out a whetstone from her pack. She need something to kick the boredom or else she would start dismantling the base camp for fun.

Tobakado hurried to the camp. He was sent a message for help from the guild, and the messenger could not find him for the longest time. Tobakado kicked up sand as he ran down the desert. He followed a flagpost displaying the guilds banner high above ground level. This marked the camps location. He stopped, took out a canteen and drank some insulated cooled water. Refreshed, he continued to trot to the camp. As he approached, he half heartedly yelled, "Hey anyone there?"

Hopefully they had not left without him.

Miyuki walked through the desert dunes looking for someone alive. She has walked through the desert for almost half a day now looking for signs of life. the only life she had come across where the plants.

Abel waited under the shadow of a palm tree in a oasis to his prey to come to drink, he was making some poetry while waiting.
